Reading IX9 Member Levels and Benefits

A level label is useful only when you understand how it is earned, what it unlocks and when the account reviews it.

Open the current IX9 level page and compare progress, eligibility, benefit status and any validity period. Do not assume that a level shown in an older message still applies. Account activity, verification or a review date may affect what appears. Read whether progress is calculated instantly or after a stated review, and distinguish a displayed benefit from one that is already available to use. If a level changes unexpectedly, record the previous label, current label, local time and account notice before contacting support. Avoid changing profile information or repeating qualifying activity simply to force an update.
